Find answers to common questions regarding container sizing, conditions, delivery logistics, payment security, and our buyer guarantees.
What is the difference between “One-Trip” and “Used / WWT” containers?
A One-Trip container is practically brand new; it was manufactured overseas and shipped once with cargo to the US. It has clean paint and zero structural damage. A Wind & Watertight (WWT) container has retired from international shipping (typically 8-12 years old) but has been fully inspected by our depot team to ensure it is 100% weather-resistant with no holes or roof leaks. You can explore all options in our Container Catalog or read our grading standards in the Terms of Service.
How does delivery work and how much space is required for offloading?
We deliver nationwide using specialized tilt-bed roll-off trucks that slide the container onto the ground without requiring a crane. For a 20ft container, you need approximately 60 feet of straight clearance; for a 40ft container, you need roughly 100-120 feet of clearance. For detailed site preparation guidelines, road access requirements, and transit timelines, please review our Delivery & Shipping Policy.
What is your return and inspection policy?
We stand behind every container we sell. You have a full 30-Day Inspection Period from the date of physical delivery. If your container does not meet the specified grade standards (e.g. is not wind & watertight), we will exchange it or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. Full terms are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept and is my purchase secure?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) via our 256-bit SSL encrypted checkout. For large commercial orders, bank wire transfer invoices can also be arranged. Read our complete Payment Policy for details.
Do you offer refrigerated cold storage containers and turnkey container homes?
Yes! We stock a full line of precision-controlled Refrigerated Containers (both single-phase and three-phase) capable of maintaining temperatures between -30°C and +30°C. We also supply custom Container Homes, hunting cabins, and anti-vandal site cabins.
